infinity Digital dentures
A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. The two types of dentures available are complete and partial dentures. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain.

What are Digital Dentures?
In contrast to traditional dentures which were slowly handmade, Digital Dentures are created using CAD/CAM design technology and additive 3D printing technology. Say goodbye to messy impressions that make you gag using thick, goopy material.
With the premier CEREC® PRIMESCAN system, our team will take 3D Digital Impressions with the simple wave of a wand. At that point CEREC® PRIMESCAN sends your 3D impression to our in-house Infinity Laboratory for your dentures to be designed and fabricated on state of the art 3D printers with top of the line high impact printing material.

Benefits of Digital Dentures Include:
- Precise Fit & Durability - The CAM/CAD computing technology allows dentists to create dentures with accurate vertical spacing, smile line, and patient’s bite. The technology ensures a better-fitting digital denture that is made of high-quality printable resins.
- Faster Turn-Around Time & Fewer Appointments - Creation of traditional dentures can take 5-7 appointments whereas the process of making custom digital dentures can be completed in as few as 2 appointments. During the first visit, your teeth are scanned with the wave of a wand. From that scan, a 3D model is made and your denture is printed.
- Cost-Effective and Quick Replacement - Digital dentures often have a lower total cost than traditional dentures because they require fewer visits to your dentist. You do not have to worry if your dentures are lost or damaged. Your denture can be recreated at any point, as the design was digitally scanned and transferred to the software. Scans are stored for five years for your convenience. It is our goal to get you a replacement set as soon as possible.
