Dr. Brian Prouty is the founder of Infinity Sedation Dentistry, which he started over 20 years ago to create a safer, more relaxing approach to dental care. Born and raised in South Dakota, Dr. Prouty earned his D.D.S. from Marquette University School of Dentistry and completed advanced training in implants and sedation at the Medical College of Georgia. A Fellow, Master, and Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Prouty is proud to serve patients in Watertown and Sioux Falls with expertise in all facets of dentistry.
Dr. Kevin Connor, DDS, MD
ORAL SURGEON
Dr. Connor is a graduate of Marquette School of Engineering with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. He earned his D.D.S. degree from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2004. Dr. Connor went on to complete medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2007 and a general surgery internship in 2008. Dr. Connor completed his oral surgery training in 2010 at LSU and subsequently joined the private practice of OMSA.

Dr. Connor’s surgical interests include dentoalveolar, trauma, and reconstructive surgery, and the surgical treatment of diseases of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ, TMD). Dr. Connor has extensive training and experience in all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery.

A Sioux Falls native, Dr. Hille began his journey in dentistry at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, earning his undergraduate degree in 1994. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the University of Iowa in 2004. For two decades, he practiced alongside his father in a private oral surgery practice, earning a reputation for excellence in patient care and surgical outcomes. In 2024, he joined Infinity Sedation Dentistry to bring his expertise to a broader patient base.
A Passion for Community and Family
Dr. Andrew Hille’s life is deeply rooted in his faith. In 2019, he earned a Master of Divinity from Sioux Falls Seminary, combining his passion for ministry with his professional skills to share the Gospel and serve others. As a traveling minister, Dr. Hille often preaches at local rural churches, bringing encouragement and hope to communities across the region. He also leads two Bible studies, a role he finds deeply fulfilling and one that reflects his commitment to spreading God’s message.
Dr. Hille’s dedication to his community is evident in his involvement with charitable organizations like the Donated Dental Assistance Program, Sanford Children’s Hospital, and Junior Achievement. He also supports local high schools, athletic teams, and the South Dakota Soccer Association, reflecting his commitment to building a stronger, healthier community.
Outside of work, Dr. Hille is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He leads an active lifestyle, participating in triathlon training, hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley-Davidson. A lifelong sports fan, he also enjoys cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes during football season. His adventurous spirit and love for life shine through in everything he does, both personally and professionally.

Dr. Andrew Hille is a full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgeon, specializing in implant-supported restorations, wisdom teeth removal, and bone grafting. He is also an expert in relaxation-focused dental care, offering options like oral sedation and IV sedation to ensure even the most anxious patients feel comfortable during their procedures. His use of advanced technology, such as 3D imaging and guided implant surgery, allows him to deliver precise, efficient, and effective care.
One of Dr. Hille’s most rewarding experiences occurred during a mission trip to Guatemala, where he met a young patient who had been without access to dental care for years due to the remoteness of their village. During an examination, Dr. Hille discovered a life-threatening oral cancer. Through the grace of God and his network of professionals, the child was able to receive the necessary treatment, saving their life. This experience reflects Dr. Hille’s deep commitment to using his skills to serve others and make a lasting impact.
In his practice at Infinity Sedation Dentistry, Dr. Hille’s most fulfilling case took place in the Fall of 2024, when a patient received care from four dental professionals, including two specialists (a periodontist and an oral surgeon), during a single-visit appointment. This moment truly embodied the vision of Infinity Sedation Dentistry: providing comprehensive, collaborative care in a single visit. Through a combination of IV sedation and a personalized treatment plan, Dr. Hille and his team were able to restore the patient’s oral health and confidence in just one day. Stories like these reflect his dedication to creating positive, life-changing experiences for his patients.
Dr. Jeff Bergsbaken, MD

Dr. Bergsbaken is our Anesthesiologist who monitors our patients throughout the entire sedation process to ensure optimal comfort and safety. Dr. Bergsbaken is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesia and has been by Dr. Prouty’s side since 2011.

Dr. Bergsbaken received his medical school training at the University of Minnesota. He completed his internship at the University of Wisconsin, located in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Bergsbaken went on to complete his anesthesiology residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
In his free time, Dr. Bergsbaken enjoys reading and hobby farming. He also loves hiking and spending time with his family.

Dr. Hanson received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. He completed a Family Practice internship at Marquette General Hospital in Marquette, Wisconsin, and then went on to complete an Internal Medicine residency at Marshfield Clinic. After practicing for a number of years, Dr. Hanson went on to complete his Anesthesiology residency at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Dr. Hanson loves spending time with his kids and being a grandparent. He also enjoys hunting and traveling to Hawaii.
